| Finally Skimmerhorn senior (Frans Oscar Öberg) and two policemen (Ragnar Thell and Hilding Rolin) come up the mountain. Senior tells his nephew and Briggs that everybody has been searching for them all night. They are also looking for the three bank robbers. Skimmerhorn and Briggs have their pockets full of the money the bank robbers had carried up in a satchel, and which they had found by a coincidence. They refuse to get out of the steam shovel since their bulging pockets would betray them. In the end the two crooks are led down by the policemen and risk getting in jail for carrying around the money from the bank. | |
